Josh Zemel

Josh Zemel is a facilitator, strategist, and decentralization evangelist with a focus on systemic change in individuals, organizations, and cultures.

As a communication and leadership consultant, Josh has helped dozens of teams to hear each other better, get on the same page faster, and produce better results. As an executive coach, he has supported many founders to build deeper foundations of trust in their most important relationships. Josh leads workshops in Relational Intelligence and Authentic Relating within companies and on retreats. He is a former course leader at the Integral Center, a training and development hub in Boulder, CO.

Since 2017 Josh has also been helping blockchain organizations refine their messages and reach their target audiences. He led campaign operations for DAOstack, a platform for decentralized governance which held a successful ICO in May of 2018. He has appeared on a variety of stages and podcasts, speaking about the decentralization movement and its potential to alter the course of governance and innovation.

As a 12-year veteran of digital market strategy and scaling businesses, Josh has served many brands large and small. He has been an advisor to CMOs of 9- and 10-figure companies, and he has designed and executed growth initiatives for, among others, Equifax, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Toyota. He is currently a communications consultant for Holo and Holochain.

Josh is also a musician, a visual artist, and a writer.
